The hotel was in a favourable location close enough to boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz and many eateries and things. I liked configuration of the queen room. The staff was helpful and affable from my arrival up until I left. Everything met what I needed, I would come here again.

The staff were all accommodating and great. It had a favourable and magnificent location close to nearby restaurants and the 7-11, the boardwalk in the beach a half a mile, and the Bay;))

We had a peaceful time in this great budget hotel in Santa Cruz. All the staff was really helpful and accommodating. The setting of venue was excellent and amazing, criminal in drought-stricken California. Ate at India Joze, it's relatively near the venue.

Well, the area was horrible overall.

This hotel is a nice base for one night. Staff is helpful and accommodating and you can park your car outside. The location of the property is marvellous, close to 8 minute walk as well as downtown and the beach. Again, it's 1 mile from a classic seaside amusement park.

The property was deluxe, offered spotless and good sized rooms. I truly enjoyed the room with furniture from dumpster. The location was magnificent criminal in drought-stricken California. Also, the property was 1 mile away from a classic seaside amusement park.

Ideal, marvellous location in Santa Cruz, close enough to 8 minute walk. For tea or coffee visit Saturn Cafe nearby.

The location was amazing and marvellous, near to the board walk/ beach and things to see. The staff was amiable, very nice all the time.

The pool area was spacious and perfect for the kids to enjoy.

During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the sink in the bathroom leaking water. However, the staff promptly attended to it and fixed the problem.

It is in favourable location to Leaves, set close to the hotel. All the rooms are brand-new with a separate bedroom and the staff is affable.

When I am in Santa Cruz, I like staying here. The staff are affable and the room is brand-new with furniture from dumpster. The location is stunning and ideal, 1 mile from Pacific Garden Mall.

Good location for our visit to a friendly coastline within easy walking distance of the hotel. So close to downtown and the beach and boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz and centre of town. Brand-new rooms, good-sized and well-maintained.

Horrible area.

All of the staff were very very helpful. The location of this hotel near stores, downtown and boardwalk and the board walk/ beach was particularly good. Westside Santa Cruz district was definitely worth visiting.

The value for the money was great and the room was comfortable and updated. The location was super close to the boardwalk and the staff was friendly and pleasant.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.
